MTDC Ltd. is a public sector corporation under the ownership and control of the Government of Meghalaya. Our mandate is to promote tourism in the state of Meghalaya by showcasing its natural beauty, rich culture, and unique attractions to visitors from around the world.

We are proud to own and operate four hotels in Meghalaya: Pinewood Hotel, State Convention Centre, Orchid Lake Resort – Umiam and Orchid Resort- Mawkasiang.
